Golf Clubs

Pollok Golf Course

Glasgow G43 1AU, UK – 0141 632 1080

Lovely old clubhouse and staff and members alikever welcoming and friendly. Course I good condition with fast, well maintained greens. Parkland course which is very flat but all the holes are very similar and while not boring, not terribly interesting either. Believe the membership is £1400 per year which seems very expensive for what it is. Worth a visit to satisfy your curiosity, but wouldn't rush back.

Excellent golf course, well maintained, good quality greens. Most enjoyable.

Cowglen Golf Club

301 Barrhead Rd, Glasgow G43 1AU, UK – 0843 312 0040

A huge thank you to JP & cowglen golf club. Your meal for 4 donation helped me raise a fantastic total of £2980.58 for the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. The girls that won your raffle prize got back to tell me how fantastic your food was, infact they enjoyed there experience at your club that much they're going back for a night out..I couldn't thank you enough for your generosity towards this very worthy cause.

Fantastic course, great condition. Thoroughly enjoyed it 👍🏻

Pollok Golf Club

90 Barrhead Rd, Glasgow G43 1BG, UK – 0141 632 1080

Attended The Gents Open today and had a marvellous experience (with the exception of several wayward self inflicted shots!!). Very warm welcome at The Club followed by 18 holes round an exceptional course. Conditioning was superb with great greens, easy walking, lovely setting and enjoyable variety in the holes. Challenging course for all standards without being overly long. Looking forward to returning and hopefully addressing some of those wayward shots! Thanks to all for making the day so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I've been lucky to of played well over 500 golf courses in Scotland and I can say honesty that Pollok Golf Club has to be commended in its excellent condition. The greens hard fast and true, great definition of the fairways and tees. The only slightly disappointing point are the bunkers, inconsistent depths of sand. The club house is exactly what your looking for, modern but with a touch of one foot in the past. Wonderful food and drink, with friendly staff from the moment you walk thru the door. You don't find golf clubs like this anymore which is just a real shame and a lost to the game of golf in Scotland. Well done Pollok GC keep up the great work!

Glasgow Club Nethercraigs

Great place to go for workouts. The staff are really friendly & the instructors are happy to help if you need it. I would definitely recommend it

Really handy for me, and I'm so glad we have this facility in Corkerhill, plus it's on the bus route for people picking from Pollok. Not the biggest gym space but I really like it because it's usually quiet. Love the running track outside as it is open even when the gym building isn't. Fitness classes every day other than Friday and it's a really long really group of people who work there and attend the classes.

Glasgow Club Bellahouston

31 Bellahouston Drive, Glasgow G52 1HH, UK – 0141 276 0767

It was amazing I went in with my cousins the outdoor pool was open and the flume Which is a first and Also the lifeguards are so nice

I cleaned a floor mat in the gym with the free paper and spray cleaner provided....the brown marks on the paper showed how really filthy these mats are. Then there's the piles of dust in many corners. Superb facilities & Lovely staff ( most not all ) and let down by proper cleaning of a facility a paid cleaner should be doing.

Glasgow Fitness

5 Spiersbridge Business Park, Spiersbridge Way, Thornliebank, Glasgow G46 8NG, UK – 0141 638 0482

Amazing gym with great customer service and people working there. A definite must for anyone either trying to lose weight, build muscle, learn a new martial arts or take your original martial arts skill to a new level. Great place to to meet like minded people that want to excel in their body and mind. One of the best fitness gyms I have been in.

Brilliant set up the guys have here. Hillwood have been one of the best boys clubs in Glasgow since I was young (41 now) and its a credit to the men who have run the club all these years and the hard work they've put in that they now have this facility for the boys to play their football.
